- 5.6km extension of the Mitchell Freeway Hester Ave to Romeo Rd.
- Interchanges at Lukin Dr and Bulter Blvd.
- Road Rail Bridge of Nowergup Rail Yard.
- Rail Tunnel over existing Butler Rail line.
- Construction of Dual carriageway Wanneroo Rd to Marmion Ave.
- Duplication of 1.8km of Wanneroo Rd.
Western Power South-Metro Depo , Forrestdale
ADCO Construction
Construction of Western Power’s depot modernisation program, the new facility will meet the growing energy needs of its customers while improving operational efficiencies. It will bring together 850 operational and service employees from the Kewdale, Mt Claremont, Forrestfield and Jandakot depots, and a fleet of 450 heavy and light vehicles.
Kenwick Rail Freight Facility (PTA and Arc Infrastructure)

The Kenwick facility will be built on a 17 hectare site adjacent to the rail freight line between Bickley Road and Intermodal Place, Bellevue. The facility will include a Flash Butt Welding production line, overhead gantry cranes, rail track, track machine stowage, administration buildings, material storage facilities, and connections to the existing rail freight network.
Albany to Denmark Water Pipeline (Water Corporation WA)

Collaborative project between Water Corporation, Shire of Denmark, City of Albany, Main Roads WA, Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, and head contractor Georgiou and its sub-contractors. 43km-long pipeline connecting Denmark to the Lower Great Southern Towns Water Supply Scheme (LGSTWSS), which supplies drinking water to Albany, Mount Barker, Kendenup and Narrikup.
Osborne Park Drain and Culvert Upgrade Stg1&2 (Water Corp WA)

The project was delivered in two stages and involved the upgrade to the drainage infrastructure in Osborne Park and surrounding areas. Stage 1 – The drainage culvert under Pearson Street was replaced and sections of the open drain running along Stephenson Avenue to Herdsman Lake were cleared out and re-lined. Stage 2 – The upgrade work involved installing a new culvert, a structure that allows water to run under a road, under Scarborough Beach Road between Ellen Stirling Boulevard and Stephenson Avenue. A new section of the drain was also constructed to join this new culvert to the existing drain network.

Kalamunda Central Mall Upgrade Project

Central Mall will become a precinct with a food and beverage focus and act as a counterpoint to the more traditional and heritage spaces of the Kalamunda town centre. The precinct’s design will feature spaces for community to sit and enjoy with a vibrant line up of special events commencing from August 2022.
